Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped out within 1-5 business days. For pre-orders, allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be shipped out. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct when placing your order, as no refunds will be issued if it is incorrect.

Returns

Returns are allowed for up to 30 days after the order was originally placed. The item must be in good condition or new and unused. For a return, please email julie@julesdiaryusa.com and provide us with the order number and we will guide you with further details on the return process. 

The customer is 100% responsible for shipping and handling fees regarding all returns or exchanges.

No returns allowed for sale items.
