Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped out within 1-5 business days. All pre-order items are expected to ship within 4–8 weeks. Timing may vary slightly due to production.

Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct when placing your order, as no refunds will be issued if it is incorrect.

Returns + Exchanges

All pieces are released in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review.

Exchanges are allowed for up to 14 days after the order was originally placed. The item must be in good condition or new and unused. For an exchange, please email julie@julesdiaryusa.com and provide us with the order number and we will guide you with further details on the exchange process.
