Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped out within 1-3 business days. For all US orders, you can expect your jules in 4-7 business days. For international orders, packages may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct when placing your order, as no refunds will be issued if it is incorrect.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are allowed for up to 14 days after the order was originally placed. The item must be in good condition or new and unused. For a return or an exchange, please email julie@julesdiaryusa.com and provide us with the order number and we will guide you with further details on the return/exchange process. 

The customer is 100% responsible for shipping and handling fees regarding all returns or exchanges.

No returns are allowed for sale items.
